Graduating from the Department of Sociology at Middle East Technical University (METU), he specialized in Semantics and Social Communication. He began his career at Yapı Kredi Bank as a Management Trainee in the Corporate Banking Marketing department. Over the years, he held various key positions in leading banks, including Individual Banking Project Specialist, Project Manager, Product Manager, Internet and Mobile Channels Manager, and Head of Consumer Banking. He played an active role in restructuring and corporate transformation programs and led pioneering initiatives in product and service development within the banking sector. Transitioning to the retail industry, he assumed the role of Marketing Director, where he was responsible for Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Product Design, and Customer Services.
Since 2007, he has worked as a Management Consultant with Peppers & Rogers Group, contributing to large-scale restructuring initiatives in the banking and telecommunications sectors as a subject matter expert and leading critical transformation projects. He also served as a Training Consultant for Citibank in the EMEA region. During this period, he completed a Professional Coaching Program accredited by the Association for Coaching at Bilgi University. He is currently a member of the Association for Coaching (AC), the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and the Turkish Association of Management Consultants (YDD). Since 2006, he has been teaching Advertising and Communication at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Marmara University. His areas of expertise include leadership development, organizational transformation, management, business coaching, and the design and execution of "One Life" projects.
IŞIK ŞERİFSOY

After graduating from the Business School of Boğaziçi University, she began her career at Alarko, one of Turkey’s leading companies in its field. She later held management positions in foreign trade, purchasing, and operations at Komili and Apple. In 1995, she took on the role of co-founder in bringing the global IT giants Packard Bell and Handspring computers to Turkey, playing an active role in the market entry, promotion, and distribution of these products.
Following many years in senior roles within the IT sector, she continued her career in 2005 as Deputy General Manager responsible for production at Betasan Bant San., Turkey's leader in medical tapes. During this time, she implemented innovative practices in production, quality, purchasing, and planning, leading to significant improvements in the company’s operations and production efficiency. In 2009, she assumed the role of General Manager at Euromed Group, a pioneering company in the healthcare sector offering remote radiology reporting services.
In 2012, she completed the Professional Coaching certificate program accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC) at Istanbul Bilgi University and began focusing her professional life on coaching. With 35 years of professional experience, she continues her career as a Business Coach, Engage & Grow Employee Engagement Coach, and Global General Manager at Engage & Grow.
TUĞSEL AKYOL
Consultant: Leadership - Personal Development - Program Design
After graduating from Bilkent University with a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. Following his graduation, he worked in various roles within the service industry in the United States. Upon returning to Turkiye, he worked as a Human Resources Specialist in the hospitality sector, leading projects related to recruitment, performance management, and training. As the Training Manager at Kemer Inter-Continental Hotel and Conrad Istanbul Hotel, he took on leadership roles in structuring and managing training systems, establishing performance management systems, and overseeing company service standards and compliance
In 2004, he joined Ernst & Young as a consultant and program manager, focusing on the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs. In 2006, he completed her MBA and subsequently led Citibank’s Country Training and Development Team, where he established systems for training and development during the company’s restructuring process. He launched academy and personal development programs for employees and managers. The Talent Management and Leadership Development systems he restructured within the company were considered best practices and were recognized at the regional level (EMEA).
Currently, over 22 years of experience in training and as a facilitator for 27 personal development and executive training programs, he continues her work by designing customized hybrid executive development and performance enhancement programs tailored to the Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Construction, Media, Energy, Automotive, and Hospitality-Tourism sectors.
ALİYE GÜRKAN
SME: Senior Assessor - HR Management Development
After graduating from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Philosophy, she began her career in the Human Resources Department at banking after completing the "Management Trainee" program. She developed and implemented projects such as Online Performance Management, Quality Program, HR Marketing/PR, and Employee Assistance Program. Subsequently, she worked as the Human Resources Manager at İş Yatırım, overseeing all HR and organizational development processes.
In 2006, she started working as a Coordinator at the Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center (BUYEM). At BUYEM, she was responsible for designing corporate training programs, establishing corporate academies based on the needs of private sector firms and markets, and structuring and promoting open training certification programs. During this time, she also began serving as an instructor in Human Resources Certification Programs and various Personal Development Certification Programs. Later, she worked as the Head of HR at Ata Finance Group and Fiba Group’s Venture Asset Management companies, where she structured all HR processes, planned the organizational development vision, and institutionalized employer branding activities.
Currently, she is a senior HR consultant, involved in structuring HR transformation projects, while also managing and promoting HR and individual development-focused projects as a trainer. She has also take roles at C level assessment projects in various sectors.
